Founders trust me to ship products — not just code.

I’m Sandeep, a full-stack builder and senior mobile engineer with seven years of taking products from blank repo to App Store. Co-founder of ANGAD, sole engineer behind a 200K+ user Flutter app, and the person founders call when an app needs to ship in weeks — not months.

01 — The work

I’m the engineer founders bring on when an app needs to ship, not be re-architected for the third time. I take products from blank repo to App Store — and stay long enough to keep them alive.

What I own

Architecture, releases, on-call. Mobile (Flutter, native Android), web (Next.js, Supabase, Django), offline-first sync, real-time data, payments, analytics, push, and the boring-but-load-bearing integrations — RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Sentry, OneSignal, Razorpay.

How I work

Documentation-first. Phased prompts and Claude Code workflows that keep velocity high without sacrificing review quality. Comfortable owning product decisions, not just code — which is how I ended up a co-founder, not a contractor.

02 — Selected work

Things I’ve shipped.

Founder roles, client products, and personal R&D — mostly built or led end-to-end as the sole or lead engineer. Architecture, code, releases, and the unglamorous work that comes after launch.

AI-powered career discovery platform · Co-founder & full-stack builder

Co-founded with Ambrish Tiwari under APT Educators LLP. ANGAD helps Indian students and parents navigate career choices using a structured, AI-led self-discovery framework instead of biased agent-driven advice. I lead end-to-end technology — multi-role authentication for students, parents, and counsellors; the AI-powered self-discovery assessment and report generation; the parent insight reports; and the career library content platform. Built for institutional governance — this isn't a side tool, it's a registered education platform with academic and advisory boards.

From zero to hundreds of users and onboarded counsellors. Featured publicly as Co-Founder driving the platform's end-to-end technology.

Trainer-led marketplace for verified experts · Sole engineer

Sole engineer for India's first trainer-led platform connecting service seekers with certified mentors, coaches, and consultants across multiple verticals. Built the trainer onboarding and verification flow that gates the marketplace — only experts who complete identification, training, and certification become discoverable. Architected the multi-vertical content management system so a single platform serves training, coaching, mentoring, counselling, and consulting without forking the codebase.

Shipped the full ecosystem — public marketing site, authenticated trainer dashboard, and verification pipeline — on a documentation-first scaffold.

AudioNotes

AI-powered audio notes app · ~200K+ users · iOS & Android

I own the entire mobile codebase end-to-end — architecture, releases, on-call reliability. The hard problem here was offline-first sync: notes need to be available without network and reconcile cleanly on reconnect, even when the same record was edited on multiple devices. Brick ORM on top of Supabase, plus Riverpod for state, gave us a model where the UI never has to know whether it's online.

Diagnosed and fixed a session-management bug that was silently logging out 70%+ of affected users on transient network errors. The fix restored daily-active retention and reduced unrecoverable auth events to near zero.

Private capital & commodity trading platform · Flutter mobile · in development

Building the Flutter mobile companion to G Capital Global — an invitation-only private capital platform for accredited participants in physical commodity trading and structured finance. Scope covers the things fintech apps actually live or die on: investor onboarding and KYC, the portfolio and participation dashboard, real-time commodity trading data display, document and report viewing, and authentication for an invitation-only audience. Tagline of the parent platform — built in silence, revealed by invitation — sets the bar for visual restraint and reliability.

AI interior design app · 10K+ downloads · iOS & Android

Took the app from concept to App Store launch. Built the camera and image-processing pipeline that captures a room and ships it to an AI rendering service, then handled the long-running job and result delivery without blocking the UI. RevenueCat-backed subscriptions with reliable receipt validation across both platforms.

Spearheaded development of a music creation app funded by Sony. Built a low-latency audio mixer engine and lyrics pad in C++ with the Super-Powered SDK, and shipped multi-network social integrations that grew the user base by 30% post-launch. Daily Build Machine

Multi-agent product pipeline · personal R&D

An automated daily product pipeline I built to explore agent orchestration. Four phases — generate, review, build, ship — driven by Claude Code and Ruflo, with a Puppeteer/Jest testing harness for browser-extension outputs and strict workspace boundary enforcement so agents stay in their lane.

VibePrompt

Global hotkey prompt enhancer · macOS

A small desktop tool I built and use daily: hit ⌘⇧E anywhere on macOS and the selected text gets enhanced into a high-quality prompt — either via local templates or the Anthropic API. Auto-detects prompt type, persists settings to ~/.vibeprompt/config.json, and stays out of the way until summoned.

03 — Services

Also building automation & AI for businesses.

Beyond product engineering, I take on focused automation builds — the kind of work that compounds: lead pipelines, content ops, internal AI tools. Still mapping out what fits best, so reach out if any of these resonate — early conversations shape what I take on next.

  • 01

    Lead-gen pipelines

Multi-channel research and qualification flows that surface real prospects with real context — not scraped lists. Built on top of Claude, agent orchestration, and the channels your customers actually live on.

  • 02

    Content & ops automation

Repeatable content workflows: research → draft → review → ship. The boring parts of content ops automated so the team can focus on judgment calls. Same pattern works for inbound triage, ticket classification, and reporting.

  • 03

    Internal AI tools

Custom Claude/LLM-powered tools built around your data and workflows. Documentation-first, with the prompt scaffolds and Claude Code workflows I use on my own products.

    Mobile + AI feature builds

Adding AI features to existing mobile apps — voice transcription, document understanding, AI-generated content — without breaking what already works in production.

Have a workflow you want to compress from days into minutes? Let’s talk — even if you’re still figuring out the scope.

04 — Approach

Speed without sloppiness.

How I keep velocity high across multiple production apps as a solo or lead engineer.

  1. i.

    Documentation before UI

Every project starts with a CLAUDE.md, schema doc, and per-page specs. Pages get built faster when the architecture has already been argued out on paper.

  2. ii.

    Offline-first, by default

Mobile users live on flaky networks. I design for sync conflicts and retry logic from day one, not as a v2 feature.

  3. iii.

    Production from week one

Sentry, Mixpanel, and crash-free release gates wired up before launch — so the first real user is a signal, not a surprise.

  4. iv.

    Agentic dev workflows

Heavy use of Claude Code with structured prompts, skills files, and git worktrees for parallel work streams. Reusable templates instead of one-off prompts.

05 — Writing

Notes from the workbench.

Working notes on mobile architecture, agentic dev workflows, and shipping with small teams.

Drafts in progress.

First posts are coming — on offline-first sync patterns, recovering from a session-loss bug at scale, and the prompt scaffolds I use with Claude Code.

06 — Connect

If you’re building something worth shipping, let’s talk.

Open to senior, lead, and founding-engineer roles — remote, full-time or contract. Mobile, full-stack, or product co-founding. Best reached over email.
